For those of us hiking to soggier climbs this summer, you must get one of the OverBoard waterproof backpacks.

Designed for a variety of wet situations these nylon packs from OverBoard are a very good way to keep your clothes and valuables bone dry. Certainly they managed to keep my brand new iPhone safe during a recent trip to Canada.

They come in 20 - 25 litre sizes and in red, blue and yellow.

Retails for £25.
