Top Ten Discarded Books in Hotel Rooms

According to Travel Lodge research, Alistair Campbell (former Downing Street Communications Chief) might be smarting this morning. Campbell’s book “The Blair Years” was placed firmly at the top of those books most often left behind in hotel rooms.
Although, I’m sure Mr Campbell is laughing all the way to the bank - it’s probably not the sort of accolade he wanted from his work.
Piers Morgan, former editor of the Daily Mirror, was runner up with the appropriately named book “Don’t You Know Who I Am?”
Jason Cotta, Travelodge operations director, said:
“This review always gives us a good idea of what is going on in consumers’ minds during the summer holidays. Clearly celebrity is what we all want to know about and Alistair Campbell’s diaries were bound to intrigue.”
