The Worst Airlines on the Planet
We reported here, about how many airlines appear to be getting dirtier.
To put that in context the EU have produced a list of The World’s Worst Airlines.
Which includes:
Air Koryo, North Korea
Air Service Comores, Comores
Ariana Afghan Airlines, Afghanistan
BGB Air, Kazakhstan
GST Aero Air Company, Kazakhstan
Phoenix Aviation, Kyrgyzstan
Phuket Airlines, Thailand
Reem Air, Kyrgyzstan
Silverback Cargo Freighters, Rwanda
Africa One, Congo
African Company Airlines, Congo
In total there are 92 airlines highlighted on the list because they failed to meet international safety standards.
According to Times Online the EU Transport Minister Jacques Barrot described the banned aircraft as ‘flying coffins.’ Pretty damning to say the least!
