The Swan Hotel - Lavenham

One of the UK’s most historic and beautiful towns is Lavenham in Suffolk. Teaming with history and ancient architecture Lavenham really is a piece of old England suspended in time.

If you visit Lavenham there really is no where better to stay than the The Swan Hotel.

It’s pedigree is rooted firmly in Lavenham’s heritage of a thriving wool trade. The hotel includes beautiful features which include ancient beams, medieval wall paintings and inglenook fireplaces.

Double bedrooms and rooms including four poster beds are quaintly named after Suffolk villages.

The cuisine is excellent with the restaurant enjoying two rosette status.

The Swan includes a glorious medieval courtyard, garden and minstrel’s gallery for those wanting to celebrate their nuptials.
