Why not indulge in a bit of Carnival!

Pay a visit to Normandy in February for the Granville Carnival which lasts for four days (20-24 February) when the streets of this walled town in Normandy come alive with a fancy dress parade, floats, live music and a fairground – a nice antidote to the dull days Spring.

VFB Holidays has several self-catering properties in the area, including a two bedroom former cow byre – now a characterful and cosy cottage sleeping up to five people plus a baby.

A week’s rental during February costs £463 (£93 pp based on five sharing), including a return channel crossing for one car.
