If you’re the sort of person that needs a bit of a nudge in the right direction then NuBeginnings is something that might be worth looking into.

Situated in the heart of England’s rural Devon, NuBeginnings is based in a substantial mansion and claims to be a “boutique boot camp like no other”.  The thrust of the experience is for guests to lead healthier, happier and more positive lives. This is achieved by offering specially designed weeks for men and women who want to lose weight and increase general wellbeing. NuBeginnings say “you will work hard here and you will see fantastic results,” no gain without pain I guess.

The whole experience is offset by eleven luxuriously appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A nice touch is that the beds have sprung memory foam mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen. Just what you want after a hard days fat burning….

A single room for one week starts at £1995 ($4000 approx).
