If you like quaffing a little wine in the name of research, you might want to pay a visit to the salubrious Monte Carlo Wine Festival.

Wine connoisseurs of the world can unite for around £159 pp.

I don’t imagine, there will be any shortage of wine flowing!!!

The event is to be held at the prestigious Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel (28 February-2 March), it promises to offer a tantalising selection of the finest international wines available.

Guests can enhance their knowledge of wine by taking part in workshops, demonstrations and debates or relax by enjoying artistic performances. Two nights’ accommodation at the Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel costs from £159 pp.
