Eurostar St Pancras

The whole idea of tripping off to Paris from London has just got a whole lot sexier with the long awaited opening of Eurostar from St Pancras International station on November 14th.

The long grumblings over the stop start service from Waterloo will soon be a thing of the past with the new high speed rail link shaving approximately an hour off journeys from London to Paris.

The new St Pancras is truly a magnificent structure worthy of opening this new era in cross channel travel.  Highlights include Europes longest champagne bar - a full 90 metres, delectable gastropub and a farmers market. To top it all there will be a hotel designed in mock gothic lines that was last seen 11 years ago in the spice girls video for Wannabe (there first number 1 hit apparently!).
