Watch out for those bees on your next flight!

Apparently an airliner recently took off for the Algarve and was forced to make an emergency landing at Bournemouth Airport due to a large swarm of bees entering one of the planes engines.

According to Times Travel:

“The Palmair Boeing 737 flew into the swarm on takeoff and made an emergency landing after experiencing an engine surge.”

The sting in the tail was an 11 hour delay for the passengers.
